over Cosmological Distances in 'Finite Rotating Universe' Scenario
A systematic rotation of the plane of polarization of electromagneticradiation propagating over cosmological distances has been claimed to bedetected by Nodland and Ralston.Taking the finite rotating universe of Oszvathand Sch\"ucking as a toy model for the actual universe,we calculate therotation of the plane of polarization of electromagnetic waves in thisuniverse.It turns out that the observed data are consistent with theOszvath-Sch\"ucking parameter $k=0.39$.
